I’ve been doing the comic for a whole year now! Happy birthday to The Pocalypse! :D
I cant believe it’s already been a year. It’s been ridiculously eventful, especially since my son was born when The Pocalypse was only a few months old! It feels like I have two babies now :D Both need attention and I can’t imagine my life without either of them. Time flies when you’re having fun, eh? :D
I can’t thank every one of you enough for all of the support you’ve given me and The Pocalypse this year. I couldn’t do this without you all. Thank you for all the feedback, the comments, the e-mails, the forum posts, the store purchases, the donations, the ad clicks, spreading the word, and for reading! :D Knowing that even a handful of people enjoy my little story is fulfilling enough, but having thousands of readers is an overwhelming achievement for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I look forward to The Pocalypse’s future! I’m extremely proud of what I’ve created in a year, so I’m excited to see what another year will bring: more chapters, more games, and more ideas that I want to implement. And now with @hushlorentz and Green Pixel, the possibilities are endless! :D

In other news, it looks like the overwhelming consensus is to NOT change Scrufflebeck’s name! So, instead of choosing my favourite 5 names, let’s vote on whether Scrufflebeck needs a name change!

I’m not SO against changing Scrufflebeck’s name, though I’d prefer it to remain as is. What I am vehemently against is NICK changing Scrufflebeck’s name. If it changes, it’s got to be Joe who does it. He is not Nick’s dog.

1) vote on whether Rosa should let out Ijoe;
2) Ojoe and Ijoe face off, Ijoe is winning;
3) Joe gets shot just as Ojoe takes the lead with Dominik’s aid;
4) Dominik makes big moves spurring;
5) three consecutive votes on main char’s decisions just before;
6) one year anniversary begins;
7) which leads us to:
a) Joe’s return (Ijoe? Ojoe? who knows)
b) other Zompire elders (the female one) or at least detestable exiles
c) Bernie’s past (coming to a head with the Vampiristic turf wars)
d) Jess’s choice in Loyalty (to survival? to love? to whom?)
e) the detestable Doc, Nicks, redemption (perhaps by destruction, perhaps by rehab of some sort)
f) and of course the evolution of scrufflebeck the only true hero present (having strength, loyalty, and purity (i.e. no contradictions in self))
