PFFFT JOE. To be honest, when I started reading this comic that scene was not one of the more likely ones I pictured eventually coming to be.

I would like to see a serious Joe, like having to make a difficult decision now that he doesn’t have powers (at least for now), or learning something from Sam.
Naaaaah. It’s not in his nature to be serious about damn nigh anything… except apparently his sister… but even then only when he’s alone (if I remember correctly).
I kinda want to see Joe meet Annika and be all “Hey, other person I don’t know.” Just because it just seems like Joe is leading us in the direction that they’re siblings. But that would probably just make things more complicated, and hey… it’s not like this comic is all laughs anyway. There have been some really thought provoking times in this comic too. This coming from a guy who just got caught up after missing a few months worth of comic. Reading it all in the confines of a week gives the comic a bit of a different feel. But not like some comics where you feel like you’re trudging through weeks of posts that other people were entertained by mostly because they had to wait for the next “entry”.

I laughed so hard at “… Mission failed.” I can almost hear the dread in Harry’s voice as he ponders what will happen when Jess finds out.
Too bad Joe and Rusty arnt brothers I could see the resemblance, maybe the little kid is Joes little brother that he doesnt know about whatsoever?

@Brenkie so can I actually. Although it may be a rather “rusty” relationship! XD Now about the rest of this episode, I honestly don’t remember when Rusty met Scrufflebeck. Then again, didn’t Nick tell him and his group where they could find the town? I can’t remember, but I’m guessing we’re gonna have another “Joe’s pissed and will never believe the truth” moment.
