So, two young Mormon fellows just stopped by, not 10 minutes go, and I feel I should write about it :D No, no, not about their beliefs! I fully respect whatever anyone believes in, whether it be a being in the clouds, several beings in the clouds, or nothing at all :D
I didn’t know that Mormons had titles! These two guys were in their early 20s and they were “Elders”. Haha, I thought it was neat :D “Hi, I’m Elder Joe.” Matter of fact, forget religious affiliations, I’m just gonna go by Elder Joe from now on :D

Joe… Maybe they meant their ranks are elder, kind of like priest, pope, general, commander, etc… It´s much more than just the name, but the meaning… If I recall, their term of Elder is similar to that of ¨illuminated¨ as in that they believe they can guide others down their paths. Kind of like a fatherly figure of sorts.
I may not fully abide you the tittle of Elder, as you accept others quite easily, while elders do not (neither elders of rank nor age so as to make myself clear)
Maybe a tittle that empathizes individuality rather than grouping would do you justice?
@ Neo I’ve met some Elders who are accepting of people, I find it is trickier to find ones that accept ideas. Or ones that are actually accepting, age seems to make one more rigid as does the role of Elder. Something about responsibility and maintaining stability.

@Joe I’m Mormon Joe, so I’ll help you out. Elder basically means religious teacher so it’s not a fancy rank or anything. More of a title for a calling than anything. They also sacrifice 2 years and a lot of money to preach what we believe without expecting anything in return. So please don’t give them a hard time about it….unless they deserve it. Then I won’t stand in the way. XD
Wait… Isn’t Joe in Japan? What the heck are Mormons doing there? Isn’t the cultural difference huge enough for their religion to stand ground there?

No, the Elders were very kind and polite :D Though I may not believe what they believe, I fully respect their message and taking the time to share their beliefs with such conviction. I mean, who else would go door-to-door talking to strangers about their religious beliefs? That takes guts and I respect that! I could never do what Mormon Elders do :D
@Dave – Yeah, I don’t know how well they’re doing here :D The two guys that came to the door were Caucasian and from the States, so perhaps there is a cultural difference, but they spoke very good Japanese :D Jehova’s Witnesses also come to the door here every now and then!
I would love an RPG of New Hammerston where I’d work to earn credits (by killing zombies etc) and then going around buying shit just to see how much it is. xD /sogirllol

@Dave – The LDS church has over 350 missions in 162 countries. Culture’s not really an issue. ;)
And the missionaries are also come from all around the world. I’m from the US, and I stayed stateside and was sent to Seattle. I have friends who were were sent to Japan, Brazil, Germany, Peru, Pennsylvania… And a female friend who’s going to Taiwan next month.

I gotta say man, huge props to you and your team. Now i gotta wonder. Has anyone done proper Justice with the battle suit characters? I mean real justice in terms of fanart? Cause if not you just caught the attention of a professional 3D Graphics Artist recovering from a slight art block. Soooo I might just keep myself busy with some 3d work thanks to your comic Joe.
@Nanakisan – Thanks for reading! :D I would LOVE to see 3D renditions of the battle suits! I used to dabble in 3D myself, but I soon settled in the 2D realm, where I am most comfortable :D Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
@Joe is there anyway i could talk you into doing detail turn arounds of the suits? i could just go off of the sprite and character images used for when they talk but i fear i might get certain details off.

Hey, just found this awesome comic a few days ago and I love it! One problem tho, this one gets stuck on loading and won’t go anywhere, no matter how many times I reload it or how long I wait. Is it just me or is something wrong?
