Some fine suspense building up for the boat scene.
But why exactly would #3 work under the Dragoons/ the Dragoons force him to develop zombie hybrids? If their heavy handed methods were sufficient to threaten an esper, the zombie hybrids wouldn’t be necessary to scare the populace/ potential staff.
@Justinwya I don’t think the dragoons are forcing him to do anything. Maybe he started like a normal doctor and then one thing led to another and now he’s making zombie hybrids. That stuff happens al the time lol otherwise I think he’s just pretending to be “under control” so gwenn won’t fear having him around.

Man it’s I wonder what Bob will think of Viktor, it would be cool to see Joe, Bob, Rosa, and Viktor as a super team, but likely with the way Viktor is, it will probably be them against him.
