Took the kids to watch their favourite show in movie form – Teen Titan GO! To the Movies :D I’ve seen a lot of episodes of the show on Netflix and, I have to admit, it really is good and hilarious once you accept the silliness and potty humour. It’s definitely not like the other, more serious Teen Titans show and I know a lot of fans are not happy with that. TTG also knows that and I love that they poke fun at themselves and the fans.

The movie follows the same formula (it’s basically a long episode) and, thankfully, throws in references that only adults would get :D References to 80s music, Back to the Future, the whole “Martha” thing from Batman vs. Superman, even an Animaniacs mention!

Surprisingly great movie, especially if you’re looking (or desperate) for a superhero movie that isn’t as dark as what we’re used to these days :D

I’m starting to think that maybe Bernard created the experiments in order to put an end to the Magister and that Samuel haven’t been completely honest, especially with his intentions.

Sometimes I look at Andrius and I simply cannot see him like a villain.

Sure, he ripped Hannah’s head right in front of her husband and kids, but she was already dead and all.

I mean, come on, he invaded New Hammerston and infected ONE SINGLE PERSON. He could’ve very well pulled a Dominik and infected a fucklot of citizens and fucked everyone through their eyesockets, but he didn’t.

My guess is that he only wants his peace of mind. Maybe also retribution for all the shit life has thrown at him, but mainly peace and quiet.

I hope Joe make amends to Rosa soon. They’d be an awesome team together if he’d stop bursting out in rage everytime someone tries to get closer to him.

It’s been a while since we have heard from the machines, they speak in a strange but human like manner…

Damn Joe! Way to sell the grey of the world order in this episode alone. Turning from Andrius the evil world conqueror to Andrius the guy who probably will help save the world from the machines even tho he wants to conquer the world but at the same time that IS his view of what is “better” for the world he wants. It’s an interesting turn of events. Everyone is in a grey area in my mind now, and I feel that’s awesome and perfect for an (a)pocalyptic world.

Also I enjoyed joe hitting on Rosa (hehehe, puns) more than I should have. I mean joe’s a jerk, but Rosa might have gone a lil too far on giving back the insensitivity joe offered back to him. Plus, she is a power to be reckoned with. That’s like a mild slap at most imo.
