Just finished Arcane and what a pleasant surprise it was! I was worried at first it’d just a be a half-assed 9-episode ad for League of Legends (*cough* Final Fantasy XV movie *cough*) but it ended up having incredible characters and a compelling story. Really loved the visuals, too. In stark contrast, I accidentally caught a glimpse of Ghibli’s new 3D movie, Earwig and the Witch, and it looks like the nursery rhyme videos from Super Simple Songs I used to show my toddlers. What a sad fall from grace :( Hoping Ghibli bounces back with something as visually stunning and captivating as Arcane.
Now, of course, I’m not saying Arcane holds up to Princess Mononoke or Spirited Away but if a game company like Riot can produce a banger like Arcane, surely Ghibli can, too!

Called it, no manipulator escapes a vampire’s grasp.
@NeoPhantom I also called it: The devil indeed is taking care of their own…
OTOH Bob was being REALLY stupid. Why torture somebody when you can enter their mind and take the info you need? Let’s hope that Andrius is not able to form an “alliance” with Bob ot there will be a serious amount of dung thrown into the rotating air dispenser…
@Pablo Atristain
Bob’s number is rather low, so he likely doesnt have mind powers developed to that extent, likely his powers are more… physically oriented such as telekinesis.
I haven’t seen Joe in ages! Bring back that dim-witted goofball!
Has he finally ran out of checks to cash?
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Now this is gonna get real interesting, I like where you are taking Cash now that you decided not to kill him.
