Bernie doesn’t need Arbiter anymore. Who should be its new owner?
Jake: The leader of New Hammerston’s army. Should he lead his soldiers from the sidelines or charge forward equipped with Arbiter?
Terry: He may not be 100% yet but he’s had some experience with Arbiter. It helps with his arm, too!
Aaron: A Night Stalker who is trained to fight in the shadows. Could Arbiter make him even better?
Jess: Still recovering (don’t tell her that) but with Sentinel in pieces, could she use a new power suit? She prefers close-combat, though!
No one: Let Arbiter be used by whoever needs it!

Not Jess I don’t think. She should get a new suit designed for her like Bernie got with Arbiter. Leaning more towards Aaron.

geh. i overclicked. thankfully it was in the beginning, but i allways pondered why you dont have a back button.
my vote is on the person with best tactical performance and accuracy.
I would say Aaron should have it because he is one of the most trained people in the colony, Jess should get her own new suit, and Jake should be out there just like any other soldier from the colony in order to inspire the rest
I would give Arbiter to the Doc so he can drool over its tech
