Awesome, can’t wait to see what happens next.
I know Jake’s just doing this for the good of the colony but he’s acting like a jerk also just pointing out a spelling error wan’t should be wasn’t or won’t whichever you decided to put in.
@Zero – Thanks for the catch! Fixed! :D
wow. Typical. Jake has officially taken his responsibility to far. Its obvious now he doesn’t trust Bernie anymore and is solely focusing on the safety of the town. Being a typical soldier. sigh… I hope to see this end positively for his sake. Keep up the lovely work Joe!
“you main priority…” Think i found a typo :D I’m so excited C:
@Anonymous_Jr – Thanks for the catch! Fixed! :D
Great… Jake´s an (insert word that should not be said in presence of children) now…
Are all characters going to pass through this mutation into idiocy?
What’s the time frame here. Do they seriously have enough time to search for Doc AND reverse-engineer an EMP weapon before the machines come? I know they won’t be successful, but I think that should’ve been addressed a lot sooner.
Think Jake didn’t really change, but now he is fully utilizing his “work” personality. And since Bernie just pretty much betrayed him, he really doesn’t feel like arguing. That said, I am curious how will the Elder react to this request. Or what they may do to avoid the elder, (nigh impossibal if looking for doc though.)
At the face this seems a suicidal plan. It has a chance of success, if the colony has either an evacuation plan or an underground bunker.
If Joe isn’t at the colony and the survivors can stay out of the machine’s fire long enough that the lack of Joe is noticed, this plan doesn’t even need the insubordinate threats to the colony to return.
Jake may view the presence of ‘supers’ in the colony as a danger *not* a boon,
this may simply be using an emergency to remove dangerous elements from within.
And yes both~ Bernie and Joe are dangerous to the colony.
Good intentions pave the road to hell.
To be honest, I never liked Jake after his the lieutenant went down he just became annoying bothering everyone.
I am REALLY looking forward to the next few updates now, so hurry up and post them! :D
Has anyone else noticed the resemblance between Joe and Annika? Maybe it’s just me, but I think Annika might be Joe’s sister.
At fist it sounds like Jake is being a real dick but at the end when you realize everything he said… he’s not a dick he is just short on options and has to give his all or lose it all.
The “All or Nothing” strategy… I know it well.
I Hope Joe comes to his senses and grows up, And actually rescues the colony selflessly this times, by using his powers… even if not deliberetly. He needs to get the other joes powers undercontrol, or at least begin to have them under control…
Damn i miss the good old days where he could explode zombies by simply punching them in the head :D
@Merp that might be a possibility since we don’t know much about either and Joe might use this as a surprise
Also I laughed when Jess Falcon Punched Rosa :D.
Jake,
You officially stolen Roth’s title.
You’re an ass.
( Click My Name )
I’m not surprised Jake’s a bit angry. But he would’ve been a whole lot of angry if he had found out on his own.
