Woah Joe! Amazing job with the regular updates! This site feels so alive again, I’m so happy I never stopped visiting back! And well that is also a lot to say about the comic, I have forgotten links and webcomic names over the years, but even after the many favorite urls wipe outs on my browsers this one has always popped back in my mind. I can’t wait to see where this all goes! I’m so excited! I feel like a teen again <3 (heh that's impressive too, how long the comic's been running)

I like that Joe is gone here, meaning his main interest isn’t in the colony anymore. That puts them in slightly less danger… Slightly… But at the same time they’re all powerless since Joe and Rosa can’t protect them.
And I couldn’t possibly ignore that boasting about having wrecked the colony. Either this is just corrupted Smyth bragging about what he didn’t do to build up more fear, or… A piece of Victor that remained dormant in Rosa survived, and that’s him now, with a full body. Transferred by Rosa biting into Smyth. And now they’re all screwed much worse than I thought before.
Shit’s going to hit the fan at super sonic speed.
You know, I remember joining just as the site began the Long Lull. And you know what? I liked this webcomic and always just hoped that it would come back someday and be regularly updating again. Come three or four years later, and my hopes came true! Though I never really put any comments out there until now, I think it’s amazing how the community shrunk but never quite died; I watched as it all happened from the sidelines. And then I realize how, even if it seems like only five or ten people actually comment, how many others must there be silently watching?
Also, WRT the alien thing, I had an interesting thought with them: perhaps they could be introduced as the beings that created the zombies and Plants, through a bioweapon that they released into tbe planet? Or perhaps some of their tech escaped and created the Machines? It doesn’t give them a terribly excessive role, but instead one that fits the universe, and one which doesn’t mean that they actually have to be a major antagonist that’s a mild ripoff of another one.
