There’s not much time to game these days but when the rare time comes and I’m not playing Minecraft with my 7-year-old, I get the itch to find something to temporarily escape to :D
The latest Humble Bundle featured Tales of Berseria and I got reminded of the 2D Tales games, which I loved. So, I fired it up and got pretty hooked! It feels like watching an anime (something I haven’t done in a while) and the primarily story-driven gameplay is a big change of pace for me as I either play sandbox, survival, or 4X games almost exclusively.
Can’t remember the last game I’ve wanted to beat just to finish the story! Too bad I only get 30-60 minute runs at a time… damn you, summer :D
